"Watch Me Grow" Program
from birth to 5 years old

Fueling dreams for future generations.

Because every child deserves the best start.

Any family with children 0-5 years of age can participate in the Ages and Stages Child (ASQ) Monitoring System, a nationally used and recognized screening tool that helps parents monitor their child’s development and educates about age-appropriate milestones over time.

How it works:

  1. Parents can sign up for the Watch Me Grow Program via mail or online.

  2. Parents complete the developmental questionnaire that can be returned by mail or online.

  3. Completed questionnaires are reviewed by a developmental specialist at FCS.

  4. If the questionnaire shows the child is developing on target, we will send the family results along with age-appropriate activities and ideas.

  5. If the results identify areas of concern, a developmental specialist will reach out to you to discuss the results and help you take the appropriate steps to get your child back on track.
