Senior Care

independent living and community connection
We believe seniors are happier and healthier when they live in their own home and stay involved in their community. For many seniors who experience challenges as they age, including Alzheimer’s or Dementia, this can become more difficult. That’s why we provide a variety of services for those who need extra support at home and want a place to stay active with others.
Feel freedom with Frontier. You choose how to live your life
instead of an agency or a diagnosis dictating it for you.
We are person-directed, which means our services are custom-tailored for you. We really get to know you, embrace your cultural needs and match you with staff who will be the right fit. Our team goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, respected and heard.

Supports for Seniors
We offer seniors 60+ years a way to stay independent in the home and community of their choice. We’ll work with you in your home to help with personal care, preparing for your day, cooking, grocery shopping, prescription pick up and all of the things it takes to be as independent as possible.
Chores
Keeping up with household responsibilities can become overwhelming or too physically demanding. We’re happy to come by for a few hours a week to help with tasks around the house, including cleaning up, checking the mail and taking out the trash.
Supplemental Services
Supplemental services funding assists low-income seniors in getting services and/or supplies they need when no other funding source is available.
Respite Care
Primary caregivers work hard and deserve time for self care. That’s where we come in to help. We’ll take care of your loved ones while you take care of errands or use the time to rest.

Join us in person at our Kenai Forget-Me-Not Center to meet people, explore new activities and rekindle old interests.
Seniors 60+ and older, or anyone with Alzheimer's, Dementia, or a related disorder are welcome to stop by and socialize with peers. Our active space has a free-flowing living room, games and craft tables where anyone can participate in a variety of multi-sensory activities that promote memory, create connection and bring joy. We’ll even provide transportation to get you there.
Our staff are there to provide a safe and fun-filled day.
Activities are planned to encourage friendships, provide emotional support, promote physical activity and boost cognitive stimulation in a supervised environment. They are based on your choices, desires, and input. Each person's choice is respected and accommodated, even if they just want to relax and enjoy the view from our backyard.
