This non-exempt management position, in cooperation with the Services Director, is responsible for ensuring people receiving waiver services in a residential and community setting are provided support which promotes dignity and respect; is individualized according to the person’s preferences, strengths and needs; and creates opportunities for meaningful relationships and community involvement. This position supervises direct support professionals and provides service coordination for individuals living in their own home. This position is also responsible for ensuring that policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable state and federal law and are aligned with Frontier’s commitment to person-directed services. |
