Supported Living
When we reach a certain age, typically we find our own place to live and move out of our family home. When you struggle with a disability, it can be a challenge to be independent. This service provides individuals 18 years and older a way to develop independent living skill. Staff work with the person in their own home and teaches them cooking, grocery shopping and all of the little things it takes to be as independent as possible.

Assisted Living Homes There may come a time when you can no longer safely take care of the person in his home or even in your home for any number of reasons. At the same time a nursing home isn't called for either. This is where one of FCS' adult assisted living homes comes in. Our homes are just that, homes in regular neighborhoods. They are small (five people at the max living in the home) comfortable houses that the people living there make their own. Specially trained staff are in the home 24/7 to care for the people living there. |
